Payment Policy

• Invoices Due: Invoices are due on the issue date unless a specified payment arrangement has been made with Policy Trace AI.

• Late Fees: A $10 late fee per work week will be added to any unpaid invoices.

• Payment Methods: Payments must be made using the approved methods specified in the invoice.

• Specialized Agreements: Clients with specialized agreements must have written contracts specifying alternative payment terms.

• Invoice Disputes: Disputes regarding invoices must be submitted in writing within two (2) business days of receipt.

Failure to comply with payment terms may result in legal action, service suspension, or collection efforts.
