2. Payment and Fees

Payment Process: Invoices are issued once cases are completed. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. Payment methods and further details will be provided during the ordering process.

Refund Policy: Due to the nature of our AI-driven solutions and the immediate processing of service requests, all payments made are final and non-refundable. Refunds will only be issued in the event of an incorrect result, with supporting evidence provided by the client. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

3. Service Fulfillment

Affiliated Entities: Policy Trace AI is affiliated with Coastal Research as both are part of GTX Holdings. While Policy Trace AI operates independently to provide policy limit research services, its collaboration with Coastal Research and other entities within GTX Holdings enhances industry methodologies and technological advancements.

Deliverables: Results provided are formatted, branded, and delivered by Policy Trace AI. Any delays or additional requirements will be communicated promptly.

4. User Responsibilities

Accurate Information: Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary to fulfill service requests.

Compliance: Clients agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Prohibited Activities: Clients may not use our services for illegal purposes, to misrepresent information, or in ways that could harm our operations or reputation.

5. Limitation of Liability

Policy Trace AI is not responsible for:

Errors resulting from inaccurate or incomplete client-provided information.
Consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
Delays caused by external factors beyond our control.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials provided through our services are the intellectual property of Policy Trace AI or its licensors. Clients may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. Changes to Terms

Policy Trace AI reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Wyoming. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Sheridan, Wyoming.
